Brian Rogers

Graduate Student in Logic & Philosophy of Science

Research Interests

My interests up to this point have mainly been in philosophy of language and philosophy of logic, especially how these subjects have been addressed by Wittgenstein and other figures in early analytic philosophy (Frege, Russell, Carnap, Ayer, Quine). I also have a general interest in the history of philosophy, including topics such as Kant's ethics, Pyrrhonian scepticism, and the social and political philosophies of Plato, Hobbes,Marx, and J.S. Mill.
