Name:  Topics in Logic
Description:  In this seminar we will look at two topics: (1) the logic of agency, i.e., the logic of the modal connective "seeing to it that" (STIT); and (2) the meta-mathematics of Peano arithmetic. Time will be equally divided between the two topics, roughly 5 weeks each.
Requirements:  for graduate credit, students are expected to write a graduate-level term paper.
Prerequisites:  LPS 205C or instructor's consent.
