Knowledge, games, and Tales from the East

Abstract:

We indicate how various game theoretic issues have occurred in Eastern (including Jewish) tradition by giving examples from the Bible, Akbar and Birbal ("Akbar the Great" was the third Moghul emperor of India and lived in the 16th century), and the Mahabharata (one the two great Hindu epics).
