eeo - Equal Employment Opportunity code (1=white, 2=black,3=Asian,
      4=Hispanic)
salary - Employee's annual salary at the company in lawsuit prior to
         the re-hiring.
yrs.serv - Employee's years of service at the company in lawsuit
succes.appl - Successful Applicants (R1 = Internal Round 1 applicant,
              R2 = Internal Round2 applicant, ER1 = External Round 1
              applicant, ER2 = External Round 2 applicant)
ret.trans - Employee retired or transferred (1=former employee who
             did not apply, 0=applicant, internal or external)
not.appl - Employee did not apply for a job (1=internal did not apply,
              0=internal or external applicant)
int.nonselect - Internal applicant not selected (1=yes, 0=no)
ext.appl - External applicant (1=external, 0=internal)
